Teachers must be try to evaluate the students mental thinking and according to identify the students can take the knowledge through teaching way by teachers. If teachers are able to build up the proper nourishing the career of life. It’s very challenge work for teacher How can give proper shape of career to the students. A teacher must have proper knowledge How to create the environment that will be most effective for kids that they can earn knowledge through the style of teacher and it must be more effective for student skills, A teacher must have a good idea for every students who attended in the class and create eco-friendly that is more effective situation create of the advantage to students thinking level. There are several effective strategies to keep students interested and committed in a class:
1. Vary the instructional methods: Use a mix of lecture, discussion, group work, hands-on activities, multimedia presentations, and other engaging formats to cater to different learning styles.
2. Make the content relevant and applicable: Tie the course material to real-world examples, current events, and the
students' personal or professional interests. Demonstrate how the knowledge and skills they're gaining can be applied.
3. Foster active participation: Encourage students to ask questions, share their thoughts and ideas, and engage indiscussion. Use techniques like think-pair-share, jigsaw activities, and debates to keep them actively involved.
